Booking & Services
What chauffeur services do you provide?
Ribbons & Rides provides chauffeur services for weddings, airport transfers, private point-to-point journeys and hourly private chauffeur bookings. We also offer Travel Wallet for customers with regular transport needs.
What vehicles do you use?
Our chauffeur services primarily use spacious 7-seater vehicles, including the Honda StepWGN, Toyota Noah and BYD M6. Vehicle allocation is subject to availability and the requirements of your journey.
How do I make a booking?
Simply contact us via WhatsApp with your date, time, pickup location, destination and journey requirements. We'll check availability and provide the appropriate quotation or booking details.
Is a deposit required to secure my booking?
For wedding chauffeur bookings, a 20% booking deposit is required to secure your date. For other chauffeur services, we'll confirm the applicable booking and payment arrangements when you enquire.
Are petrol, ERP and parking included?
For our wedding hourly packages and airport transfers, petrol, ERP and parking are included. For other chauffeur services, inclusions will be stated in your quotation.
Can I request a specific vehicle?
You may let us know your preferred vehicle when enquiring. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but vehicle allocation is subject to availability and journey requirements.
Can I add additional pickup or drop-off locations?
Yes. Additional pickup or drop-off locations can be arranged. Additional charges may apply depending on your journey, so please share all required stops with us when making your enquiry.
What happens if there is waiting time or my journey runs longer?
Waiting time or additional service time may be chargeable. Where possible, we recommend sharing your expected itinerary with us in advance so we can plan the most suitable arrangement for your journey.
Wedding Chauffeur
What wedding chauffeur packages do you offer?
We offer options for different wedding-day needs, including our Graceful Moments 4-hour package from $288, Eternal Elegance 8-hour+ package from $488, and The Vow Ride point-to-point service from $50.
Do you provide wedding car decorations?
Yes. Wedding car decoration is available as an optional service, with artificial floral arrangements, ribbon styling and customisation options to complement your special day.
What is Ribbons Melody?
Ribbons Melody is a personalised wedding song created especially around your love story. It is complimentary with wedding chauffeur bookings of 4 hours or more.
How early should I book my wedding chauffeur?
We recommend enquiring as early as possible once your wedding date and general itinerary are confirmed. Availability can vary, especially on popular wedding dates.
Airport Transfer
How much is an airport transfer?
Our airport transfer fares start from $40 and are based on travel distance. Share your pickup location and destination with us, and we'll confirm the fare before your journey.
Are petrol, ERP and parking included in the airport transfer fare?
Yes. Petrol, ERP and parking are included in our airport transfer fares. Additional charges may apply for late-night or early-morning journeys, extra pickup points and waiting time.
Can your 7-seaters accommodate passengers and luggage?
Yes. Our 7-seaters offer flexible space for passengers and luggage. As luggage requirements vary, let us know the number of passengers and amount of luggage when enquiring so we can arrange a suitable vehicle.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If your flight timing changes, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work with you on the updated pickup arrangement where possible. Waiting time or other additional charges may apply depending on the circumstances.
Private Chauffeur
What is a private chauffeur service?
Our private chauffeur service provides comfortable and flexible transport for appointments, meetings, events and everyday journeys. Choose from point-to-point or hourly arrangements depending on your needs.
What is the difference between Private Point-to-Point and Airport Transfer?
Private Point-to-Point is for general journeys around Singapore, while Airport Transfer is specifically for journeys to or from the airport. Different fares and arrangements apply to each service.
Can I book a chauffeur for multiple stops?
Yes. For journeys involving several locations, our hourly chauffeur service may be a more suitable option. Share your itinerary with us and we’ll recommend an arrangement based on your journey requirements.
Do you provide transport for pre-wedding photoshoots?
Yes. Our private chauffeur service can be arranged for pre-wedding photoshoots, allowing you to travel comfortably between locations with space for the couple, outfits and other items needed for the shoot.
