No Returns & No Refunds All Crystalline bracelets are crafted with unique, individual crystals. As each piece is one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and payment made.

We encourage customers to review all product details, photos, and descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Defective or Damaged Items We take great care in packaging every order. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the defect or damage

We will assess each case individually and, where applicable, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
