Terms of Service

By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation All bookings are confirmed only upon written acknowledgment from Qi Fu Cia Fu (trading as Ribbons & Rides). Bookings are not guaranteed until confirmation is received.

2. Payment Terms A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in full after the whole service date. Prices quoted include Petrol, ERP, and Parking fees.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation more than 24 hours before the service: Free of charge
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of the service: 50% of the total fee will be charged
  • No-show on service day: 100% of the total fee will be charged

4. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the service date and are subject to availability. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +65 8970 8658 to request a reschedule.

5. Refund Processing Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

6. Waiting Time

  • Point-to-Point transfers: A 10-minute grace period applies. Thereafter, a charge of $10 per 15 minutes will apply.
  • Airport Transfers: 45 minutes free waiting time from the flight landing time.
  • Pre-Wedding Photoshoot Transport: $30 per extra 30 minutes.

7. Additional Charges

  • An additional location charge of $30 nett applies for Point-to-Point transfers.
  • Package timing is based on reserved time, not driving time, to ensure smooth coordination.

8. Service Area Our services are available within Singapore only.

9. Liability Qi Fu Cia Fu (trading as Ribbons & Rides) is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the provision of our services.

10. Vehicle Breakdown & Unforeseen Circumstances In the unlikely event of a breakdown or unforeseen circumstances, Ribbons & Rides reserves the right to provide a replacement vehicle of a similar standard. We will make every effort to minimise disruption to your booking.

11. Force Majeure Ribbons & Rides shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, road closures, accidents, or government-imposed restrictions.

12. Photography & Media Ribbons & Rides may photograph decorated vehicles and setups for marketing and portfolio purposes. If you do not wish for your booking to be photographed, please inform us in writing at the time of booking.

13. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
