1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Options We currently offer the following delivery options within Singapore:

• Standard Delivery — Estimated 3–5 business days
• Self-Collection — Available by appointment. We will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange a suitable time and location.

Delivery fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

3. Order Confirmation Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp with the relevant details.

4. Delivery Issues If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number. We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
